Refund & Returns Policy — Climax Computer

Short version: We do not normally offer refunds. If an item is still sealed/box-packed, contact our sales team within 24 hours of delivery and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
1. No-refund policy
Climax Computer does not entertain refunds as a general rule. By placing an order you accept that refunds are not the standard remedy.
2. Exceptions — unopened / box-packed items
If your product is still sealed in its original box (unopened), you must:
Contact our sales team within 24 hours of delivery and provide your order number and reason for the request.
Provide supporting evidence if requested (photos of the sealed box, delivery confirmation, etc.).
We will evaluate the request and, at our sole discretion, may offer one of the following on a case-by-case basis:
Exchange for the same or equivalent product
Store credit
Repair or replacement (where applicable)
Refund (rare; only when expressly approved)
Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to inspection and our return criteria.
3. Condition of returned items
If a return is approved:
Items must be returned in original, unopened condition with all seals, packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards intact.
Items showing signs of use, damage, missing parts, or broken seals may be rejected or subject to a reduced remedy.
Approved returns are subject to inspection before any resolution is issued.
4. Shipping & costs
Unless we explicitly agree in writing:
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping for approved returns.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method — we are not responsible for items lost in transit to us unless otherwise agreed.
5. Defective or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives damaged or is clearly defective:
Contact our sales team immediately (and within 24 hours where possible), provide photos of the damage and the packaging, and keep all packaging until instructed otherwise.
We will assist you with warranty claims, replacement, or other applicable remedies. These cases are reviewed individually.
6. Warranty
Manufacturer warranties may apply to many products we sell. Warranty claims are handled per the manufacturer’s terms. We will assist you with warranty-related steps where possible.
7. How to request a review
To request a review for an unopened/box-packed product or to report damaged/defective goods, email our sales team with:
